Ameri-Climate Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning is a family business that started in 2011. Owned by Joe DeMarco, the business started as a residential air conditioning service in his hometown of Yucaipa and eventually grew into a solely commercial air conditioning contractor throughout the Southern California region.
The work from Ameri-Climate expands from Hotels to County jobs to Air Force bases and beyond. Every job is worked with the utmost respect and quality ensuring that the client's standards will be exceeded. Our missions is to serve our clients with quality work that shows excellence.

Previous Projects
Anaheim
Located near the Disneyland Resort, StayBridge Suites is a new hotel in which all of the HVAC work was conducted by Ameri-Climate in 2017.
Morongo
Currently under way is a residential treatment center located in the heart of the Morongo Basin. Each individual room is being furnished with a brand new air-conditioning system installed by Ameri-Climate. This project is projected to be complete by January 2018
Mission Viejo
Hampton Inn & Suites in Mission Viejo is a beautiful hotel comfortably furnished with the best heating and air conditioning to make the guest's stay enjoyable.
Vandenberg Air force base
Vandenberg Air Force Base required many special certifications and background clearances in order to not only enter the base, but to also work as a civilian partner with the Air Force. The project had many limitations while still requiring the utmost quality.
Loma Linda
Holiday Inn Express in Loma Linda is located close to interstate 10. This project was completed in the 10 months in which the hotel was being built. It has the newest air conditioning appliances to help accompany guests as they enjoy their stay.
Palmdale
Home2Suites in Palmdale is a hotel made with the highest quality heating and air. Ameri-Climate has placed the best units into this hotel to individualize the beauty and comfort of home in each hotel room.
